At Tango, we believe that real financial empowerment starts with knowledge — and it’s a mission we are proud to bring directly to the heart of our communities.
On April 3, we officially kicked off our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative with our very first outreach event at Towerville 2, San Jose del Monte (SJDM), Bulacan. This marks the beginning of a broader movement, one we hope will spark meaningful change across many more communities in the months to come.
This initiative was made possible through a collaborative effort with Starpay, our primary sponsor and valued partner, who shares our vision of a financially empowered Philippines.
Celebrating Community and Building Financial Futures
The event was part of the vibrant San Vicente Ferrer Fiesta celebrations in Barangay Graceville, Towerville Phase 6A & 6E — a multi-day community festival that featured a colorful parade, local festivities, and, for the first time, a dedicated financial literacy seminar and borrower engagement booth.

Through our sessions, we discussed essential topics such as:
How to better manage loans and debt
Smart borrowing practices
Building healthy financial habits for the future
Our goal was simple but powerful: equip borrowers with the knowledge and tools to thrive financially — not just today, but for the long haul.
Engagement, Education, and Empowerment
Beyond the seminars, we made learning fun and interactive!Visitors enjoyed TikTok games, community videos, and on-the-spot prize giveaways — a reminder that financial literacy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It can be accessible, engaging, and even entertaining.

Through our borrower engagement booth, participants had a chance to ask questions about their loans, learn more about financial opportunities, and share their own experiences — further strengthening the sense of community that events like this aim to foster.
Our Commitment Moving Forward
This event is only the beginning. We are committed to continuously reaching out, educating, and supporting our borrowers and communities as part of our broader CSR strategy.
Together, we are building a future where financial freedom is within everyone's reach — one community, one conversation, and one initiative at a time.
Stay tuned for more updates as we bring financial literacy and empowerment to more towns and cities across the country!
